1. Overview of Services
The CPVA LMS offers online educational courses and certification related to patent valuation. These services are provided by David Wanetick, who also prepares Patent Valuation Reports used in high-value transactions, including:

6. Payments and Refunds
- All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified (e.g., installment plans).
- Due to the nature of digital content, all course purchases are non-refundable.
- CPVA reserves the right to change course pricing without prior notice.
